Participants wishing accommodation in campus dormitories are asked to fill in the last part of the registration forms.
Rates for rooms with linens are $35 per person per night for a single, $27 per person per night if 2 people are sharing a room.
Pairs of adjacent rooms typically share one bath. We may be able to house participants allowing private baths,
depending upon demand; please check with us after April 1 for availability and prices.
We ask that you make requests for dorm rooms before March 15. It is likely that there will be space available after that date but it will help with planning to receive requests by March 15. Please note that participants pay for accommodation by credit card upon arrival and check-in.
There is no food service in the dormitories. Meals will be available in university cafeterias and restaurants near the dorms.
