Title: Data-driven Multi-scale Modeling of Transport in Meso-scale Oceanic Turbulence
Abstract: A data-driven multi-scale methodology towards modeling transport in meso-scale oceanic turbulence will be introduced. The methodology will be demonstrated on a kinematic time dependent non-Gaussian random field model. The model will be calibrated through statistically extracted meso-scale flow field data.
