Financial Aid
FOR PARTICIPANTS RECEIVING FINANCIAL AID
The financial aid deadline is August 1, 2011.
The registration deadline has passed. Priority for funding, contributed presentations and posters will be given to people who registered before the deadline.
Financial aid will be in the form of a travel reimbursement check. The
check will be mailed to your home address and will take approximately
three to four weeks to process. You will receive a travel reimbursement
form upon arrival. You may either turn it in to Nancy Watson before
departure or you may mail them to Nancy Watson, at
