WeBWorK: Login with the credentials I described in class. Change your password. Try the Tutorial assignment.
When you log on for the first time, click on "Password/Email" in the left hand column. Change your password.
Then click on "Homework Sets". You will see the Webwork Tutorial assignment. Click on the Webwork Tutorial. You will see a list of problems. Start with the first and work you way through. The WebWork system, and the problems in particular, are open source, so there is some inconsistancy in notation and in the way answers are entered. But if you go through these, you will be familliar with most of the things you will encounter.
The Webwork Tutorial will not count toward your grade, so don't worry about trying things to see if they work. You also have an unlimited number of attempts. (The number will be limited for homework problems.)
