Concepts of Mathematics (21-127) — Section E — Summer II 2015

Time and place. Hamerschlag Hall B131, weekdays 09:00–10:20am from 29th June 2015 to 7th August 2015.

Welcome to Concepts of Mathematics! This course will serve two purposes: as an introduction to mathematical writing, and as an introductory survey of several areas of pure mathematics. You will learn how to do mathematics like a mathematician, from problem-solving to writing a mathematical paper of your own.

Currently all course materials are on Blackboard. When the course ends, I will post them here for your future reference.
