You are not reponsible for the material on velocity, infinite limits,
or asymptotes. In addition to the material
from the book, you are responsible for the material from lecture on
demand equations, revenue, cost,
average cost, profit, marginal revenue, and marginal cost. You
are also responsible for being able to
differentiate e to the power rx, where r is a constant.
Although you are responsible for some material from
Chapter 1, this material will not be tested explicitly. Your
knowledge about the basic material concerning
functions will demonstarted through your solutions to problems concerning
the matrerial from Chapters
2 and 3.
