My research interests are mainly probabilistic
combinatorics and polynomial optimization and their applications to theoretical
computer science and operations research. In particular,
- Models of large networks.
- Markov Chain Monte Carlo Methods for random sampling.
- Applications of optimization over the polynomials to get exact solutions and approximations to hard
graph problems.
My advisors are Alan Frieze and Javier Pena.
