I'm a postdoc at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. I work with Clinton Conley. During the summer of 2024, I was a University of California President's Postdoctoral Fellow working with Brandon Seward at UC San Diego. Before that, I was a postdoc in the Groups and Dynamics Research Training Group at UT Austin.
I work in the intersection of ergodic theory and probability. My favorite setting is that of nondiscrete, locally compact second countable groups. My favorite objects are Poisson point processes.
I have two beautiful cat children, Rocky and Goose. I got my PhD from the University of Kansas. Originally, I'm from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. My pronouns are she/her and they/them. Here's an interview I did with the lovely LGBT tech PATHS program.
My curriculum vitae (updated September 2024).
