CARNEGIE MELLON DORM HOUSING

Dorm housing will be available in both Welch and Henderson Dorms

Once you arrive on campus, please follow the check in signs to Donner House for checkin. A desk attendant is on duty at Donner 24 hours a day. The phone number is 412.268.4101. Both Welch and Henderson Dorms are located across the street from Donner. Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 12:00 Noon. There is no formal procedure for check-out; your key will automatically expire.

Rates are the same for both dorms:
SINGLE ROOM - $55.00/PER NIGHT
DOUBLE ROOM - $38.00 PER PERSON/PER NIGHT
DOUBLE ROOM - $76.00 PER NIGHT (Double as Single)

Welch Dorm
Welch House is a seasonally air conditioned building that offers suite style double and single rooms and shared bathrooms within the suite. Approximately every 4 people will share bathroom facilities. Basic furnishings include two twin-size beds, chest of drawers, desk and chair, closet or wardrobe. The residences have lounges, coin operated laundry facilities and community kitchens.

Henderson Dorm
Henderson House is a seasonally air conditioned building that offers suite style double and single rooms and shared bathrooms within the suite. Approximately every 4 people will share bathroom facilities. Basic furnishings include two twin-size beds, chest of drawers, desk and chair, closet or wardrobe. The residences have lounges, coin operated laundry facilities and community kitchens.

Linens will not be changed during your stay. The following will be provided in your room:1 pillow case / pillow, 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat, 1 blanket/comforter

The following will NOT be provided: alarm clocks, hangers, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, toiletries.
