Two kinds of accomodations will be offered: Hotel accomodation and student dormitories.
$34.50 per night for single room and
$24.75 per person for double occupancy
Accommodations provide air conditioned single and double rooms in a traditional undergraduate residential facility, which include a bed, desk, dresser, closet or wardrobe.
The bathroom situation is community bath - 2 bathrooms (male/female) on each floor. Each bathroom has a common sink/vanity setup, 3 private shower stahls, a handicapped shower and 3 or 4 individual toilet stahls. There is also a tub room with a bathtub on every floor. All guests are provided with linens (flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow, pillow case, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth).
Dormitory check in is no earlier than May 26, 2004 at 3:00 P.M. and check-out is by 11:00 A.M on June 6, 2004. Participants will be staying in the New House residence hall. Keys to New House are to be picked up at Mudge House which is located right next door to New House.
