Housing

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Wyndham Hotel for the conference.

Limited funds are available for housing of participants in shared rooms (two participants share a room with two beds). If you want to be considered for this housing arrangement, please contact Nancy Watson, nw0z@andrew.cmu.edu. Please include the dates of your visit and your gender. If you have a preferred roommate, please inform Nancy about that as well.

Participants, not interested in the above arrangement, can make their reservation online at the hotel's website. Please be sure to make your reservation by Monday, July 27, 2009 in order to receive the group rate. After Monday, July 27, 2009 we cannot guarantee space and/or rates. Please book early as the hotel will fill with incoming CMU students.
