DIR3 (Delaunay Incremental Refinement in 3D) is a 3D mesh generator. It produces a quality, conforming 3D Delaunay tetrahedralization from a piecewise linear complex (PLC). DIR3 produces a feature size-graded refinement of any PLC, allowing for non-manifold, non-convex, and acute input data.
